• Work with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments

Job Scope

• Sales and marketing of valves (Own and well known brand in the industry)Able to secure & generate sales of valves & Actuators to achieve company order targets
• Aggressive PIC for Sales Division who can develop new business(sales) from scratch & be able to conclude orders.
• Establish relationship with End Users, Contractor (Industrial Market, main Market is semiconductor, & petrochemical related) who use valves, gathering market information and expand sales
• Market survey of new business field and reporting
• Work closely and liaise with related divisions such as Sales Team, Warehouse, Engineering, Factories, Japan head office
• Properly understand the needs from customers and follow upongoing project
• Person in charge to communicate with customers if a claim occurs, and liaise with related divisions to solve the problem

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on equipment repairs, hands-on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting projects related to Scrubber systems and valves
• Assess the client's needs to understand design requirements.
• Use CAD software to create design drafts (such as P&ID and GA drawings).
• List necessary materials, compare with current stock, and manage inventory reports for project implementation.
• Keep track of the project's progress to ensure it aligns with the planned timeline.
• Test, diagnose issues with, and fix equipment or products manually.
• Manage the submission of documents to clients.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
