Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 3 years experience is required in MEPS project management with relevance to ACMV.
• Basic proficiency in CAD and modelling software, specifically AutoCAD, Revit & Inventor.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, specifically thermodynamics & fluid mechanics an added advantage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work with system engineers to define electrical system/subway design specifications
2. Design electrical interlock and power distribution systems for semiconductor machinery
3. Manage external vendor or contractors to deliver subsystems that meet design specification and reliability
4. Generating Schematic Drawings and Cable Management layouts
5. Integrate and test subsystems

What Will You Do

• Responsible for new mechanical design and existing product enhancement and verification test of equipment.
• Responsible for implementation, structural analysis, modification and testing of semiconductor equipment based on overall system specifications.
• Responsible for all stages in the development cycle from design proposal to production release with well recordkeeping.
• To create and maintain Bills of Material; create high quality and assembly drawings; prepare assembly guidelines and requirements.
• To provide expert technical support to our field engineers and customers during critical customer evaluation (occasional international travel may be required).
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

What Do We Want

• At least 3 years of machine design experience relevant to machinery or high precision automation systems.
