Job Description:
1. Lead Technicians in the timely completion of all required tasks.
2. Always ensure the sufficient / minimum manpower available in the field.
3. Supervise the performance, daily attendance, lead and conduct appraisal for the direct report.
4. Ensure all instruments / tools to be maintained well by doing services, calibration and tracking the schedules and close in the system.
5. Plan and perform predictive and corrective maintenance (parts change) timely as per schedule.
6. Ensure accurate and updated maintenance records.
7. Responsible for troubleshooting equipment or parts failures.
8. Responsible to supervise on vendor / contractor work assign to site for proper execution & Safety & site requirements are being followed.
9. Perform daily routine systems and area inspection and report / escalate for actions.
10. Provide maintenance report and conduct meeting.
11. Develop and implement maintenance and operations procedures, risk assessments and method of statements.
12. Manage spare parts inventory with maintain safety stock level and ordering on time to ensure all consumables is available for replacement at all time.
13. Ensure chemical replenishment for process is available, perform receiving and manage all waste collections by vendor and proper documentation with submission of e-Tracking to NEA (applicable for UPW/WWTP Process Engineer only)
14. Ensure the training of technicians are provided on equipment operation / process and maintenance and all training records are file in order and available for audits.
15. Ensure high standard on safety and housekeeping and assist in such audits.
16. Generate reports and presentations on all related require activities.
17. Responsible to timely follow up to close and reply on actions item from customer findings or audit.
18. Lead / supervise startup, commissioning, installation process systems.
19. Actively provide improvement plan / suggestion and involve in FMEA.
20. 24 hours standby for emergency activation or during any shutdown.
21. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives specializing in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
Having adequate knowledge in GMP
