THE ROLE:

As a member of the SoC Physical Integration team, you'll interface with various engineering groups, including architecture, design, CAD, software, and product engineering, across various geographies to work towards the physical/electrical verification and tape out of AMD SoC FPGA/ACAP devices. Common essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Defining and developing flows and methodologies for chip level integration
• Developing tools for design verification or efficiency
• Designing (RTL and custom), verifying, and integrating FPGA/ACAP sub-blocks
• Coordinating activities between different design groups to ensure smooth integration
• Executing chip level physical verification
• Executing chip level electrical verification

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Basic understanding of FPGA architecture
• Knowledge of and/or experience with design and verification tools such as Virtuoso and Calibre
• Knowledge of and/or experience with P&R tools
• Fundamental circuit design knowledge including simulation experience with Spice and Verilog
• Strong debug skills
• Scripting experience using Perl, Python, TCL, C-shell, Make and/or other scripting languages
• Knowledge and experience with basic Unix data management and job control
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• BS with 2+ years of exp or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related equivalent

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality management of machined products to ensure that product quality
• Ensuring that our internal management systems are well defined and relevant in meeting international standards and customer requirements.
• Lead and monitor the QMS incl. ISO9001 & ISO 14001 quality system certification and promote continuous improvement.
• Lead the quality team to implement quality inspection and control and manage non-conforming products.
• Participate in supplier evaluation and management to ensure the quality of raw materials and purchased parts.

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years of quality management experience in the machining industry
• Proficient in using office software and mintab statistical analysis software, and possessing Six Sigma quality management knowledge and skills, e.g. SPC tools & 8D reports.
• Strong knowledge and experience in leading ISO9001 & ISO 14001 quality system certification.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China.

Job Description

• Follow SOP and carry out CAS per specification.
• Execute scheduled / special preventive maintenance (PM) as per PM schedule and
• specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment related issues and minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production floor / sub FAB / Office, and maintenance
• support areas.
• Ensure and follow good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and
• other properties belonging to the Module.
• Know how to use SPACE to monitor and analyze SPC charts. Understand all the PR rules
• and follow CAS correctly.
• Know how to use measurement instruments effectively in data collection. Able to create
• metrology job files correctly (equipment list to be defined by the Supervisors.)
• Perform shift duties (12-hours shift) to support the running of production in the Module and
• ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production.
• Assist Engineer in the installation and hook up of new or upgrading equipment.
• Assist in implementing equipment improvement projects.
• Able to train operators and trainers in new operational procedures.
• Execute good maintenance of support tools.
• Assist new Technician/Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting
• as their buddy.
• Provide proper and accurate passed down of line issues and documentation (fill up and file
• the checklists).
• Wafer scrap reduction awareness.
• Participate in CIP programs to improve productivity and quality of equipment/process.

We’re searching for an Senior Engineer to be part of our Facilities Department diverse team of talent. You will be the Subject-Matter-Expert for both the UPW & Chemical Systems.

What you will be working on:

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for chemical, slurry and gas systems including chemical waste collection systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.
• Manage on-site Total Gas and Chemical Management (TGCM) and Bulk Gas Plant contractors to ensure excellence in operations, maintenance, quality standards and safety compliance.
• Respond to issue and perform troubleshooting with on-site TGCM team, Bulk Gas Plant operations team and contractors.
• Work with Manufacturing and Quality teams on excursion root cause identification, elimination and prevention.
• Initiate, evaluate, plan, design and supervise all improvement or upgrading or new projects for chemical, slurry, gas and chemical waste system.
• Include good design practice for state-of-the-art system designs, system capacity and capability analysis, planning for future requirements, and code compliance.
• Work in a team effort with other engineering, operations, maintenance, and construction disciplines to provide detailed designs and specifications for the installation of new capital equipment and systems.
• Identify and implement new technologies for chemical, slurry and gas systems for process breakthrough.
• Carry out cost estimates, analysis, cost and schedule estimates as well as justification of proposed projects.
• Responsible for maintaining various administrative and engineering database in support of job tracking, engineering data, and costing.
• Provide support for new chemical and gas evaluations.
• Plan and execute specialty gas system release/unhooking.
• Review and improve Operation and Maintenance Standard Operating Procedure and Risk Assessment.
• Support ISEP and Facilities operations concerning chemical, slurry and gas management/operations/storage/maintenance works.
• Carry out FMEAs (Failure Model and Effect Analysis), eliminate single points of failure and mitigate risks.
• Analyze systems to identify improvements that will result in better performance, efficiency gains, reduced maintenance, and cost savings.
• Work with Quality department to ensure the quality of chemicals, slurries and spec gas.
• Be aware of and perform all works in accordance with company safety guidelines.
• Benchmark with other Micron sites on operational, procedural, engineering, and design BKM of Facilities buildings and systems.

• Master/ Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Min 4 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab environment
• Hands-on experience in day-to-day operation and maintenance is essential

We’re searching for an Sustainability Engineer (ESG) to be part of our Supply Chain Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to support Company’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) projects.

What you will be working on:

Project Management

- Lead and manage ESG projects & initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and coordinate resources effectively.

- Prepare Capex Justification presentation in an accurate and timely manner to facilitate Management Team decision making

- Project lead in a cross functional team to ensure project schedule is executed in a timely manner and meeting project budget

Supply Chain

- Assist and take lead to drive the initiatives especially on Scope 3 Emissions

- Handle Compliance, Internal, Exernal and Customer audits to ensure compliance

- Liaison with related government bodies on grant and commercial apects

Continuous Improvement:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives and recommend improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices.

- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in sustainability and incorporate relevant advancements into project strategies.

More about you:

• Degree in Chemical/Gas, Mechanical, Environmental, health and safety & other engineering.
• Possess knowledge on ESG, IPCC, RCA
• Preferably 4-5 years purchasing experience or engineering experience in a front end semiconductor plant .
• Knowledge and relevant experiences in Conflict Mineral, Green Procurement is a bonus.

· Knowledge of other systems such as TDC / TPS, PHD, DOC4000, FSC, DVM or others a bonus

· Support / lead projects from preliminary engineering, detail design, startup. Have capability to lead others to accomplish all project goals and objectives.

· Knowledge and experience with process instrumentation would be beneficial

· Must be able to take ownership and responsibility for work and actions

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in with Chemical Engineering / Automation Control

· Minimum of 5 years’ field experience

· Preferable with working experience in Experion (TPS, PHD, FSC an advantage)

· Be comfortable leading system migrations between releases.

· Work independently on life system

· Certificate on Virtualization would be a plus

· Demonstrated effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic start $2600, after 3 months confirmation is $2700. Have OT pay.
