Responsibilities:

• Design, capture and layout digital, analog, high speed, mixed-signal electronic circuits
• Conduct and attend design reviews with peers and seniors
• Liaise with external PCB and PCBA vendors to prototype designs
• Source and obtain the required electronic components for PCBA
• Perform Design Verification Testing for prototypes
• Work with Mechanical/Firmware/Software team members to realize product

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering/ Computer Engineering
• A minimum experience of 2 years for junior position, 5 years for senior position.
• Ability perform electronic design (digital, high speed, mixed-signal, analog), schematic capture and layout using Altium Designer
• Ability to write simple firmware in C for testing prototypes
• Experienced with 8-bit, 16-bit and 32-bit MCUs and SOCs
• Experienced with various protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, USB, BLE, CAN
• Knowledge of EMC and RF best practices in layout
• Knowledge with SVN, best practices in firmware coding an advantage

Familiarisation of ASME & API Codes & Standards

Ability to assume full technical responsibility for clients’ NDT facilities.

Proven experience of providing solutions to clients’ NDT inspection related problems.

Maintain all of equipment and consumable storage in the store room to be ready for using with good conditions under acceptance criteria specific by client or international standard.

Willingness to be flexible and multi-task as part of a team, and contribute to company objectives.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to priorities workloads with competing deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender proposal and costing
• Design and detailing of formwork and falsework/temporary structures
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings and fabrication drawings
• Plan and coordinate design and technical matters of projects
• Provide technical supports to other departments or business units
• Liaise with client’s representatives and engineers to ensure smooth execution of the project
• Prepare bar bending schedules
• Prepare safe work procedures and risk assessment for the erection of formwork of falsework
• Any other duties to be assigned to you from time to time

Pre-requisites:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering/ Construction related field
• Experience in the design and detailing of steel structures will be preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Able to communicate well in English both orally and in writing
• Proactive and self-motivated in problem-solving
• Good time management and interpersonal skills

Working Environment:

• 5-day work week, alternate Saturday
• Staggered working hours / Flexible work arrangements

• May need to visit project sites when required
