• Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.

• Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.

To assist the Project Manager/ Site Manager and ensure that the site activities are executed in accordance with time schedules

- Supervise and coordinate day to day site works, safety and quality control

- Monitor & coordinate the site works, materials, plant & equipment with site supervisors

- Coordinate with the Sub contractor / MainCon / Consultant / Client for whatever revision on drawings & in actual construction & submit weekly site works progress report.

- Assist in planning, programming and monitoring of construction works progress

- To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements

- Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution

- To ensure structural work & architectural work done according to the drawing

- To carry out short-term planning to meet site progress and involve in client/consultant/sub-contractor meetings

- Manage and ensure timely completion of construction/ civil works

- Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work

processes, minimise environmental impact associated with the construction activities

- Take reasonable practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace

- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site and quality records are properly maintained

- Undertake any other work duties as required by the Company

• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughtout the project life cycle
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Ensure integrity/ quality of the models
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quatification and 4D simulation
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage

Responsibilities:

• Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration
• Document and monitor Autonomous Vehicle system testing outcomes and establish steps to remedy problems
• Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve testing procedures
• Detailed understanding of how to properly document test cases and create effective and focused testing plans
• Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team
• Work closely with departments within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly
• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved
• Define clear goals for all aspects of AV product test and develop steps for their proper execution
• Develop supporting tools for system testing, deployment, maintenance

Requirements:

• Experience in software/system development and testing
• Project management skills are useful in planning and overseeing project tests
• Current understanding of best practices regarding system safety and security
• Experience with systems engineering, customer experience and design architecture
• Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed test plan and solve the technical issues with developers
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and when certain strategies are recommended
• Knowledge and experience working with various operating systems (Ubuntu and Windows), backend programming and project management tools (Jira or equivalent)
• Professional work experience in analyzing and testing computer hardware/software
• Programming skill (Python, C++ and etc) for tools development
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license

Job Description
• Expertise in Test lifecycle including Requirement Analysis, Identifying Test Scope, Designing Test cases, Executing Test cases, and Tracking defects till closure
• Able to define and create test deliverables such as Test Cases and Test Data
• Experience in various test phases such as End to End Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing
• Have worked in both Waterfall and Agile project models
• Expertise in Defect Management and Tracking
• Plan and manage test environment and data

Requirements:
• Functional tester with minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in financial services domain
• Experience in Equities or Derivatives trading with comprehensive understanding of Futures and Options products
• Knowledge of End-to-End Trade Lifecycle including Order and Trade Management, Risk Management, Post Trade workflows, Margin and Collateral Management, Settlements etc.
• Expertise in usage of test management, system measurements and message latency measurement tools such as ALM, JIRA, qTest
• Working knowledge of proprietary or industry standard tools such as Tosca, Verifix, UFT, Selenium etc.
• Testing experience with Industry standard APIs used in Financial Services domain (e.g. FIX, SWIFT)
• Hands-on test automation experience on any industry standard tool is a plus
• Experience of static and dynamic test data set up for Functional, System, SIT and Regression Testing
• Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
