Requirements:

2. Experience working in a high-pressured environment with 24x7 on-call responsibilities

3. Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management procedures based on ITIL best practices

4. Experienced in supporting Data Centre vendors, out-sourcing vendors.

5. Ability to multi-task and proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Excel & PowerPoint

6. Highly motivated and self-driven

7. An analytical and inquiring mind to derive innovative solutions.

8. Ability to work independently and in a team

9. Experience working in data centre operations in financial institutions is preferred.

10. Familiarity with equipment requirements in Data Centre such as storage, servers and networking equipment such as routers, switches is a plus.

11. Familiar with Structured Cabling system and its related components.
