This professional will be responsible for serving as the representative of CSB design, and CSB Work planning and supervising at site. Objectives of this Role

· Manage, control and monitor of daily construction works. Instruction to the CSB subcontractor and progress control is also included in the daily work

· Supervise all works including CSB and M&E works

· Progress tracking and reviewing of the monthly report submitted by the subcontractor

· Close communication with the subcontractor, and the superior; the site Civil Engineer/Construction Manager/Site Manager

· Attend regular meetings with subcontractors, and the other supervisors of mechanical/piping/electrical/instrumentation work

· Ensure that the works are conducted in accordance with the required quality and safety

· Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report of the work for the client and HQ in Japan

Skills and Qualifications

NATURE OF THE JOB

Principal activities of this job are analyzing customer’s problems, collecting and recording product and technical information, to summarize findings, to report product troubles as well as contractual troubles on each assignment.
