What’s the role?

You will provide frontline support of Production Unit's rotating equipment (RE) operations and maintenance issues. Proactively contribute to all activities of PU RE Delivery Team to improve reliability of Rotating equipment through timely and quality execution of following processes:

• Predictive Condition Monitoring as part of Proactive Technical Monitoring process driven by “Find Small-Fix Small” philosophy.
• Optimization of Rotating Equipment operations within design operating windows.
• Champion for Root cause failure analysis, Living RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance) and Bad actors elimination programs.
