Job Requirement:

• 4 to 5 years of experience as Application Support Analyst.
• Experience supporting Web / Mobile / Client based applications.
• Support and assist in regular server maintenance, system accesses, systems monitoring, backups and patching.
• Maintain service operations documentation and guides.
• Develop supporting documentation for all Service Operation activities.
• Monitor Service level dashboards, perform daily monitoring, system capacity review.
• Provide on-going maintenance support for production systems/applications and 24/7 stand by support required.
• Level 2 support will include attending to user queries, analysis and investigation of issues reported, ensuring the issues are fixed as per user requirement.
• Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve application issues and user queries.
• Log the issues received, track and monitor the progress of fixes in a timely manner, according to established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Involvement in the system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to production implementation of changes.
• Assist and involve in change management process (Change Approval, Implementation, Testing, Deployment and verification).
• Knowledge of Internet and Intranet server/application architecture and experience in working with medium/large systems involving multitier architecture and interface/integration to othersystems.
• Knowledge of programming / systems analysis, quality assurance, prototyping, construction, integration, and migration functions

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of electrical, electronic, electro-hydraulic, and electro-pneumatic automation systems.
• Handle electrical / electronic / electro-hydraulic/electro-pneumatic/ automation equipment failures and carry out fault diagnosis with the aim to resolve the issue.
• Evaluate the planned maintenance schedule for fleet electrical, electronic, electro-hydraulic, and electro-pneumatic automation systems, as well as power generation, backup power sources, and fire detection systems, and then submit the findings to the technical manager.
• Study areas for improvements and modifications on electro/automation system and create methodical recommendations for efficient operation of the vessel.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of onboard sea going vessels experience as an Electrical Technical Officer in oil/gas/chemical tankers or offshore support vessels.
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills encompassing various areas such as electrical, instrumentation, automation, control, as well as air conditioning and ventilation systems.
