Tasks / responsibilities:

- Execute testing steps for the assigned product, simulating inputs and checking reactions.

- Work with design team to understand assigned product function, thus implementing smooth testing steps.

- Troubleshoot any issues arise should the desired reactions are not achieved.

- Work with customer schedule onsite to arrange timely schedule for testing.

- Responsible for testing documentation and dossier of assigned product.

- Cooperate with projects manager and other departments to achieve smooth testing procedure and testing schedule.

Requirements:

- Good MS Office skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Decision making ability and leadership skills.

- Time management and organisation skills.

- Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering would be preferred. Other engineering qualifications may apply. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.

- Good command of English, written and spoken.

Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):

• Co-ordinate / Execute new product offloads plan
• Interface with customer on product offloads and provide assessment and information on test capabilities and providing resolutions to barriers/constraints
• Performs required test correlation, evaluation, and test characterization on new product offloads, and shall communicate to customer the test results or if any- test correlation issues and resolutions
• Generate Test Setup Specification based on customer’s test requirements for production to support the product
• Evaluate and recommend process change/s for improvements to help improve yield, quality, and cycle time
• Provide required test support needs by Engineers
• Sustain test program, hardware and major setup issues in mass production

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably experience in semiconductor or subcontracting industry

- ELV device installation, configuration and troubling-shooting

- Supervise a team of technician

- More than 8-ears experience in related fields
