Job Description – Service Engineer (Maintenance Lead)

We are looking for a Service Engineer as Maintenance Lead to lead and supervise the maintenance team in maintaining and managing system hardware and networks at customer site located over Singapore island to meet the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Service Engineer shall report to and under the supervisory of the Maintenance Manager (Reporting Officer (RO)). MAIN RESPONSBILITIES

• Provides technical expertise for compliance activities such as audit and regulatory support. Acts as primary regulatory representative with business partners and regulatory agencies for moderately complex products/ programs/ issues.
• Manages product portfolio activities and is expected to manage a project team for activities associated with the product portfolio. Job Description

· To design, develop and implement PLC, HMI, and/or SCADA Application and it's related system, according to technical specification and design practices.

· To prepare technical documentation, wiring diagram, testing procedure

· To conduct field testing & commissioning, where occasional work during engineering hour (night time).

· To provide troubleshooting of control systems on ad-hoc basis.

Job requirements

· Relevant certificate, with at least diploma in any electrical, electronic, mechatronics or equivalent.

· With experience in programming Siemens, Schneider or Allen Bradley PLC, HMI or SCADA.

· Hardware configuration and software coding skills.

Project Engineer Requirements:

· A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

· Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Create firmware specifications based on design rules, internal processes, and product/system requirements.
• Design and develop embedded firmware in accordance with established design rules, processes, and specific customer/product requirements.
• Development and implementation of signal processing algorithms in embedded firmware, with cross functionality team.
• Create and conduct review on test methodologies, validate design performance to specifications, debug embedded software, and document final design.
• Support production implementation in the embedded software perspective
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to sustain product lifecycle including customer complaints, failure analysis, etc.
• Liaising with Headquarter on the technical support and technology transfer.
  Verify regulatory compliance with support from head office.

Job Requirements

• Master / Bachelor in Electronic / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in embedded software design and development
• Strong knowledge and direct experience with C & C++ programming languages
• Strong knowledge on digital electronics hardware including I2C, SPI, UART, PWM, ADC, USB, etc.
• Experience in designing, coding, debugging and validating on ARM Cortex microcontrollers are preferred.
• Knowledge on Python & Matlab would be advantage.

• Ensure the proper upkeep of equipment and systems in the QC IPC/DS laboratory to maintain full compliance with cGMP standards as part of the shift team.
• Conduct product testing and analysis in accordance with cGMP guidelines to meet specified deadlines.
