About the Role:

• Oversee the M&E related services of the buildings and ensure they are in working order.
• Attend to feedback, complaints and requests from Client or other relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support to tenancy management on the technical aspect related to M&E systems.
• Prepare, review and update maintenance schedule
• Provide engineering and technical assessment in troubleshooting, identifying the appropriate causes, review and implement the appropriate solutions to resolve engineering issues.
• Supervise & manage sub-contractors carrying out the routine or reactive maintenance work.
• Be familiar with the use of the IBMS/BMS system, computerized maintenance management system, e-PTW system.
• Prepare cost estimates and proposal for ad-hoc works.
  Prepare incident report when required, utilities report, M&E reports for KPI meeting, etc.
• Attend monthly KPI meeting with Client
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors or Client

About You:

• Degree or Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facility management, plumbing & Sanitary, Mechanical or ACMV related working experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Be a part of Procurement Department (Electrical) with good negotiation skill to vendors and supplier.

· Control process of delivery based on site requirement and ensure on-time delivery.

· Coordinate with vendor and Site team for procurements.

· Work on competitive cost down and lead-time.

· Evaluate vendor performance on annual basis.

· Take care of Transport

· Other duties assigned by the Superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidate must possess at least secondary level education.

· At least 1-2year(s) of relevant working experience in buyer role in Electrical contractor

· Relevant previous work experience in procurement of wires, cables, and accessories is an added advantage.

· Able to work independently.

· Fresh candidate without experience and willing to learn also can apply.

Job Description:

• Complete quantity measures for structural, piping, E&I, mechanical, and painting works
• Reconcile MTO with client
• Ensure works and costs are in-line with the contract
• Identify variances that arises in the contract
• Manage disputed items
• Prepare forecast on overall project costs
• Monitor on the variation in work scope periodically
• Handle any commercial claims
• Follow up with production team on changes on-site, which includes but not limited to, design drawing changes, site instructions, job confirmation sheet
• Prepare and submission of change proposal to client
• Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by Superior.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or relevant courses
• Min 3 years of experience in QS
• Able to handle full-scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations

Job Description

· Liaising with existing customer and handling customer enquiry

· Raise parts quotation to Customer enquiry

· Raise Delivery Order and Invoice

· Update Sales and Purchase report for spare parts items

· Update Supplier listing and consolidate Supplier data update

. Follow up new parts status order

· Familiar in order processing (issue PO & DO)

• Work closely with business, distributors/end customers, internal customers to ensure timely delivery of equipment
• Coordinator work process and information to ensure the timely arrival of heavy equipment or delivery information to customer

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· With 3-5 years of experience handling operation / customer service coordination

· Familiar with China Brand heavy equipments is added advantange such as reach stacker, crawler crane, excavators

· Possess good communication and with good interpersonal skills
