• Visit project sites, arrange and conduct QA/QC inspections on mainly Structural Works and Architectural Works.

• Diploma/Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of relevant site project experience in QA/QC roles

• Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices
• Experience with CONQUAS
• Experience with Constructability Score
• Experience with Green Mark Certification
• Able to liaise with workers/Clients, Consultant, Main Con colleagues, subcon and suppliers on QA/QC works and protocols at site.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors for meter installation arrangement
• Address customer queries regarding metering concerns
• Attend to and troubleshoot any metering faults
• Investigate site abnormalities resulting from power surges or drops in energy consumption
• Perform meter accuracy tests upon customer request
• Follow up on meter readings not obtained by vendors or the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system
• Process daily tasks and coordinate with vendors for subsequent periodic meter readings or installations
• Manage meter inventory.

Requirements:
