Sales Engineer (Data Centre / Building Services)

Responsibilities:
Mainly focus on sales strategy planning and business development to meet or exceed given Annual Sales target.
Support technical queries from external (e.g. end users, consultants, and partners)
Work closely with Solution team in articulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical users in the form of presentation or bid proposal and clarifications.
Work with Solution team in solution design and produce guide specifications support to consultants, integrators, and customers.
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs including conducting of cost and solution analysis to ensure competitiveness of bid response.

Develop opportunities from assigned industries and customer segments

Act as single point of contact to the assigned customers account and manage the customers’ requirements and feedbacks to ensure satisfactory level

Coordinate with solution team and project team to deliver project in timely, satisfactorily and quality manner and ensuring project delivery is delivered in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Resolve issues in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and project objectives.
Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities from the leads received, and to help future growth through value-added engineering.
Develop and maintain close relationship with customers.
Bi-weekly update of Sales CRM, sales gap and forecast report.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in Data Centre / Engineering & Building Services Industry is preferred.
Self-driven with initiative, fast learner.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with customers, colleagues and vendors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, and Project.
Read architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical blueprints and have a solid understanding of building services such as electrical, fire, and mechanical system. Understanding of enterprise infrastructure control systems and network communications technology- Internet, Intranet, VPN, TCP/IP, Ethernet, etc. will be a plus

Job Description

Being part of OSIM’s Digital Technology team, you will be responsible to design, develop, troubleshoot, maintain and support iOS/Android Mobile applications that work together with OSIM’s Health and Wellness products. You will work closely with other functional teams (Product Design, Project, UI/UX, Backend and Marketing) and vendors to integrate new ideas and technology into products’ Mobile application while exemplifying utmost attention to quality and timely delivery. This role will report directly to Digital Technology Director and belong to Mobile Engineer Group.

• Troubleshoot, maintain and support existing native iOS or Android projects and Flutter projects

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in mobile development
• At least 2 years of working experience in Flutter development
• Experience with Flutter plugin and using native SDK via Flutter
• Experience with mobile app deployment and optimization
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Experience with version control such as Git
• Able to work in an agile environment

• To be responsible for providing post-sales support.

· Report to Project Directors & Senior Project Managers and to take responsibility on any other roles or tasks assigned from time to time.

Job requirements:

· Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

· Good experience in managing and completing high end residential house projects (i.e. Good Class Bungalow or Bungalow grade) is strongly required.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency with project management software and tools (i.e. autocad, MS Office & Project, etc).

· Able to station at work in project sites and travel to meeting venues as required.

· Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building/civil construction projects including interior design and construction industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct Project Specific Quality requirements training to production Supervisors and sub-contractors QC Personnel.
• Establishing Work Procedures and Instructions.
• Act as Project Lead QA/QC and control the entire project Quality Assurance and Control activities during construction phase.
• Oversees the Inspector’s performance on the project towards monitoring and control of workmanship towards quality.
• Updating of inspection status and records on daily basis.
• Attend weekly client progress review, Internal and Sub-Contractors meeting to discuss Quality issues.
• Liaise with client in relation to Quality on Project Specific.
• Schedule and conduct Project Specific Quality Audit as per agreed Plan.
• Monitor the compiling of Piping Test Packages.
• Monitor administration and submission of ITRs for Project.
• Prepare and maintain Weekly Weld Rejection Rate Summary.
• Monitor the issue and close-out of NCR’s for the project and maintain its register.
• Monitor progressive compilation of the MDR for the project as work progress.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 6 years QA/QC experience in Marine shipyard
• Mandatory of Welding Inspectors certifications (AWS or CSWIP).
• With Lead Auditor certificate is preferred
• Experience with TOPside piping fabrication or TOPside module fabrication, welding inspections of structural, welding jobs including Non-Destructive testing.
• Experience in piping line walk, reinstatement inspections by clear understanding of Isometric drawings.

- Deliver construction materials to required destinations and carry material like soil, sand, and mill waste.

- Loading and unloading of materials from the lorry.

- Perform daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness.

- At least about 3 years’ relevant experience
