Driver - Responsibilities

The work scope for the above job title is as but not limited to the following:

1 The main task of the Driver is to drive the Company lorry to pick up workers, to or from site, office and dormitory etc.

1.1 The Driver must drive the vehicles to the required work sites punctually.

1.2 The Driver must follow the schedule or ad-hoc obtained from the Supervisors and Co-ordinator. The Driver must inform the parties involved if there are any clashes in schedule before proceeding.

1.3 The Driver must inform the Supervisors and Co-ordinator as soon as possible if he is delayed in his schedule. This will enable them to plan their resources efficiently.

1.4 Aside from driving the workers to site, rest of the time will be to support office courier needs.

2 Usage of Company vehicles

2.1 The Driver is to switch off the ignition completely and remove the key when the vehicle is parked and not in use. The Driver must not leave the vehicle in idle mode while waiting.

2.2 The Driver must understand that the Company’s vehicles and attached cash cards are solely to be for Company use. Otherwise, costs will not be reimbursed.

3 Safety

3.1 The Driver must drive and operate the vehicles in a safe manner in accordance to local laws.

3.2 If there are loads on the vehicles, the Driver must ensure the loads are properly secured in accordance with local laws and regulations.

3.3 The Driver must inform the Director or PIC immediately that he is involved in an accident while driving or operating the vehicle. This includes causing damage to third party property.

3.4 The Driver should understand that if the accident is caused by the Driver’s negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

3.5 The Driver should also understand if he incurs any traffic offences due to his own negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

4 Servicing and Maintenance

4.1 The Driver is to inform the Company if any of the vehicles are unsafe to operate and require repairs. The Driver must not operate the vehicles in such situation.

4.2 The Driver will drive the vehicle to the Company appointed workshop for servicing and maintenance. The Driver will also pick up the vehicle when servicing and maintenance is completed.

4.3 The Driver will drive the vehicles to Inspection Centres as required.

Structural Steel Engineer Detailer is responsible for drawing preparation, submission and detailed drawings for steel fabricators and steel erectors, prepares detailed plans, drawings and other documents for the manufacture and erection of steel members used in the construction and monitoring the progresss of fabrication of projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and quality standards, to check the factory workers in safety postition,safety distance,make sure workers are in safe place for producing the work progress

As Commissioning Engineer, you are to carry out commissioning and performance/acceptance testing of large generators, Power Management Systems and their associated sub systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Commission generators and associated control equipment up to 200MVA
• Conduct fault diagnosis and rectification of control equipment.
• Commission generator protection systems by way of either primary or secondary injection.
• Carry out electrical testing on high and low voltage windings in the field
• Interpret specifications and technical requirements of assignment brief and represent at customer technicalmeetings
• Train customers personnel,, subcontractors and other members of the service organization
• Ensure assignments are monitored and delivered in accordance with expenditure and project schedules
• Prepare method statements and risk Assessments in relation to client sites.
• Effectively communicate and keep updated customer representatives and brush project managers
• Carry out other reasonable l duties as directed from time to time by the Field Service Manger

Qualifications or Functional Experience

• Ideally Degree or Degree equivalent qualified in Electrical engineering with 5 years site experience
• At a minimum HNC and a full recognized apprenticeship in an electrical discipline with 5 years site experience
• High level knowledge of electrical power generation and distribution systems which should include micro processor systems
• Must be able to interpret Engineering drawings relevant to given assignments.
• Should ideally be in possession of certification to prove HV competance
• Ideally should have a sound knowledge of health and Safety relevant to on site working and have intimate knowledge of safe systems of work in an HV environment.
• Should either possess or be prepared to undergo training for offshore working

Job Overview:

Provides contractual service and assists customers with problem solving support regarding the Company’s products / applications / solutions. Experience and knowledge in, but not limited to Company products. Provide on-site field service and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistance. Conduct site surveys, product / application / system audits, and assist Key Accounts Managers and sales representatives prepare new business proposals. Ensure implementation of the Six Service Standards at all client sites.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support district sales personnel in the handling of Company program service calls on existing products and services and assist in the correction problems as appropriate.
• Participate in design reviews, new application start-ups, and evaluations.
• Assist in critiquing products for serviceability, performance and reliability.
• Inter-act with appropriate company resources and work as a team.
• Ability to assess on-site field problems and operate required testing equipment to return systems to customer conformance.
• Coordinate and manage replacement parts programs with the individual manufacturing plants to ensure the availability of components as needed.
• · Assist in the preparation of reports detailing technical problems and solutions to initiate necessary corrective product modifications and/or recommended process changes.
• Document value provided to the customer whenever possible.
• Assist in the development of troubleshooting service guides and bulletins on existing products.
• Assume lead role of maintaining troubleshooting guides/bulletins and distribution to departments when required.
• Qualify, coordinate and monitor outside subcontractor network as required to ensure repair timelines are maintained, and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Work with other district personnel toward continuous improvement of policies and procedures resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
• Provide installation resource services on a project request basis necessary to satisfy the needs of the customer. Services may include (but not limited to) field surveys, installation checklists, roll-out support services, etc.
• Provide training to the first-line Account Managers on Company offerings and the resources available to them to assist in answering customer questions.
• Seek to keep abreast of the latest industry advances through continuous education.

Requirements:

• Technical Degree or equivalent education with industry experience is preferred.
• Must have knowledge of and experience in materials, scheduling, inventory, manufacturing and installation processes.
• Comfortable to support customers in the petrochemical industry.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain project schedule timelines.
• Able to write and maintain clear, concise reports utilizing a standard laptop computer.
• Someone who can think logically and interject common sense and is prepared to make decisions.
• A self-motivated, goal oriented, as well as a team player.
• Required to travel to Jurong Island. Company car is provided. Class 3 driving license is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical transfer of products/projects in assembly, testing, and customer interactions.
• Offer technical support for manufacturing and testing during product builds.
• Assist QC with technical support in resolving RMA issues.
• Support QA in compliance, regulatory matters, customer interactions, and audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering and above.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Skilled in managing product/project manufacturing, transfers, and troubleshooting.
• Experienced in PCBA manufacturing and testing for products/projects.
• Preferably experienced in a manufacturing environment with ISO13485 and FDA standards.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the IT help desk services to ensure services are delivered to meet business needs and expectations, within SLA standards (response time and resolution time.
• Install and configure hardware and software applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure their smooth functioning.
• Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support VOIP, conferencing and mobile service request.
• Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests and issues in a timely manner.
• Act as a contact point between helpdesk operations, other teams (internal, external and vendor/supplier)
• IT assets and inventories management.
• Ensure proper documentation of all IT infrastructure setups, software licenses, and any software modifications.
• Design and conduct IT user training on systems under the IT Department's purview.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of MIS experience.
• Possess ITIL Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, routers, and network switches is required.
