· Perform the scoping work and prepare the job pack for process piping and in-service equipment based on engineering assessment and annual inspection plan.

Job Description

• Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
• Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
• Responsible for product quality management, implement quality plans, drive quality improvement projects and prepare quality report to identify problem areas and work on problem resolutions
• Interface with and handle customers/vendors on quality issues.
• Issue and closure of CAR for customer (RMA) and Supplier issue – External
• RMA receipt and disposition of RMA in Macola – External.
• Work with QA department and Engineering on customer related issues e.g. RMA

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc).
• Knowledge of CMM, profile projector, and measuring equipments.

Prepare all installation and selection documents for all mechanical equipments.

Purpose and Scope

You will be part of the Sembcorp Environment team operating the industrial processes and technology to harness energy from waste.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare daily shift report, midnight report and send to relevant parties
• Ensure plant achieve availability target set by management
• Self-motivated and possess good Leadership
• Ensure teamwork within each team
• Possess good knowledge of SAP system in relation to permit to work(PTW)
• Liaise with maintenance team for both PM and CM jobs
• In charge of operation daily plant inventories and liaise with supplier on all feed stock to ensure plant smooth operation
• Ensure plant operates in accordance to all Statutory standard/requirement; eg SCDF, MOM, NEA
• Review and update daily DCS and Field log, checklist
• Prepare/review Ops Method Statement/Risk Assessment(MSRA)
• Liaise with external vendor for any needed ops requirement
• Ensure operators maintain high standard of competency

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Organized and detail oriented
• Good analytical skills and sound knowledge of power plant equipment
• Possess good communication and leadership skills
• Independent with initiatives, resourceful and positive attitude
• Good attitude and willing to learn from experienced people
• Able to work 12 hours shift, including weekends and public holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles.
• Survey, establish demarcations and guide for construction to proceed.
• Check and compute the pre-computation prior to any setting out for field surveyors.
• Verify accuracy of survey data, measurement, and calculations.
• Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing.
• To coordinate with engineering team to prepare engineering drawings and sketches.
• Design drawings including layouts, elevations and details.
• To provide drawing modifications and advice on altering design changes to suit site condition under the guidance of Engineers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Land Surveying / Geomatics or its equivalent.
• Working knowledge of STAR*NET software.
• Preferably five (5) year(s) of post graduate working experience in civil and building projects.
• Good command of English and/or Mandarin.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & Civil 3D BIM application.
• Able to supervise and lead the survey team for handling all survey related issues.
• Able to provide design and shop drawings under the guidance of Engineers.
• Able to provide advices on altering design changes to suit site condition.
