The Opportunity

Core Billing provides the foundation for client invoicing, billing & subscriptions across Ascenda's many services across our ecosystem. Think tiered subscriptions, usage computations, billing cycles, dates, currencies model computation for providing to our customers a clear, transparent and rewarding experience for using Ascenda's many services.

The Billing team is responsible for charting the strategy and laying the rails required to track, meter usage & purchases at scale. These building blocks include a standard model serving pricing logic across all apps, an event-driven tracking framework, an invoicing service, and more.

We are building the next generation of fintech services for our clients. As Staff Engineer (Billing), you'll have a unique opportunity to lead the strategy and implementation of this critical system, leveraging data, distributed systems, event driven architecture to build advanced financial tracking & billing, reduce risk and enhance our capabilities.

These systems will span the whole of our ecosystem across every product in Ascenda including our points ledger, payment acceptance, loyalty member enrollments & onboarding, travel bookings, fraud and this list continues to expand. We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Solution Engineer who is an IT professional well versed in the field of Microsoft Products such as Active Directory, Exchange Servers, Microsoft Lync Server etc. You will help in accomplishing in High Availability solution such as Failover Clustering, Network and DNS load balancing.

What Will You Do

• Able to work as a Deployment Engineer in a Project Team specialized in Microsoft products (Active Directory, Exchange Servers, Microsoft Virtualization Hyper-V, O365, Azure).
• To perform deploying, Migration, Configuration and Implementation of Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange Servers, Microsoft Lync Servers, and Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization.
• To provide solution for the Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server and Lync Server to the enterprise customers.
• To migrate Active Directory, upgrade and deploy High Availability Solution.

What Do We Want

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or any relevant degree.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Microsoft technologies especially hands-on experience in cross-forest Active Directory migration, on-premises Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 migration projects.
