Job Description
- Support the Fixed Assets Manager in managing Fixed Asset operations, focusing on asset disposal and inter-division transfers.
- Assess, standardize, and optimize asset disposal and transfer processes to boost efficiency.
- Establish process controls to ensure timely management of asset disposal and transfers.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to Fixed Asset policies and practices.
- Collaborate with Research Institutes to improve their understanding of Fixed Asset processes.
- Prepare management reports on Fixed Assets and respond to ad-hoc inquiries.
- Address audit inquiries concerning Fixed Assets and ensure all audit-related activities comply with established standards.
Requirements
- Minimum a diploma or degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or audit industry, with knowledge in SFRS
- Fixed Asset Management experience is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP will be a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Meticulous and able to handle multi tasks.
