Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Banking Operation (preferred)

• Diploma or Degree

• Good communication and collaboration skills to rectify issues

• Proficient in MS application especially MS excel

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable (PTP Process).
• Maintain proper digital filing system.
• Liaising with and supporting other departments (warehouse, operations).
• Support month-end closing and year-end audit.
• Prepare monthly/year-end schedules.
• Liaising with auditors for year-end financial audit.
• Improve and innovate on existing work processes.
• Process supplier invoices with accuracy and completeness.
• Verify data against purchase orders and receiving reports.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Schedule and process supplier payments according to payment terms.
• Prepare reports on accounts payable activity.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy and Finance
• Min. 2 years working experience in accounts or finance role.
• Handle AP duties, including liaise with vendors.
• Familiar with GST reporting requirement.
• Proficient in Accounting Software, and MS Office.

• Assist in accounts payable, including reviewing vendor invoices and GRNs in TenderBoard and preparing payments to subcontractors and vendors
• Review and verify subcontractors invoices against payment certificates
• Check and reconcile supplier statements
• Ensure inter-company transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled
• Update the daily cashbook and perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in entering journal entries into NetSuite
• Issue accounts receivable invoices and record receipts
• Petty cash reimbursement
• Update schedules (prepayments, retention sums) for Management reports
• Handle full set accounts for an entity
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by Manager

Responsibilities

• To handle counter, email and telephone enquiries for all classes of general insurance.
• To provide insurance quotations and process motor insurance applications, renewals, extension, cancellation and issuance of insurance documents for all general insurance products including requirements under GIAS.
• To monitor and follow up on all aspects of customer support in spoken/ written form.
• To carry out telemarketing calls and marketing campaigns when required.
• To cross-sell all classes of general insurance in spoken and written form.
• To carry out daily opening and closing procedures such as checking of transaction records, NETS and Credit Card terminals.
• To assist the Operations Executive in daily operations and any ad-hoc projects/ assignments.
• To ensure training hours under CPD requirements and to comply with all regulatory requirements by the relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or BCP, PGI & ComGI will be advantageous.
• At least 1 year's work experience in a similar capacity preferred.
• Possess a courteous and helpful personality.
• Pro-active with a positive mindset.
• Passion in delivering customers' satisfaction.
