Responsibilities:
• Perform Operational tasks/application processing for banking product offered by the bank
• Perform settlement activities, exception handling and investigate issue etc
• Perform various reconciliations on transaction, cash balance etc
• Participate and support ad-hoc projects to enhance and enrich the bank system and Card Operation processing
• Support Team Manager to achieve team goals
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Banking Operation (preferred)
• Diploma or Degree
• Good communication and collaboration skills to rectify issues
• Proficient in MS application especially MS excel
• Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customer fairly), management of conflict of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
