Manager, Finance and HR

We are seeking an experienced Finance & HR Manager to join our team and oversee full spectrum of Finance and HR functions for our group of companies in APAC (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, etc). Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Managed investments for single family office

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager (FM) to lead our organisation's budgeting and financial planning process. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the FM will lead the organisation's budgeting process and provide critical financial insight to senior management and the Board. The FM will also provide guidance and support to departments across the organisation.

Core responsibilities

Budget Development and Management:

• Lead the medium to long term planning of capital and operational budgets in collaboration with Corporate Service Chiefs and Department Heads
• Prepare the annual budget proposal and oversee the budgeting process for all services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines and budget assumptions
