About the role

Reporting to the Regional Credit Manager, this intern will be part of a larger team within the Asia Pacific Finance department, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to minimise company financial risk and assist in enforcing existing policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, computing, recording, reconciling accounts receivables' data and clearing customer receipts per the Company's policies and procedures
• Perform the provision for doubtful debts assessment per the Company's policies
• Perform revenue recognition analysis and process billing requests using RPA. Review and handle RPA exceptions
• Responding to queries from those involved in the billing process including internal stakeholders and customers
• Monitor customer accounts for non or delayed payments and escalate as necessary to help manage and track cash flow

• Communicate with customers to solve collection issues and gain payment commitments, while building rapport and a positive relationship with global strategic account
• Check stopped orders report on a daily basis for the assigned region and/or product line. Review the overdue status and risk development of the customer before releasing the order

What a Director, Credit Risk Management does at Visa:

• The role requires to be a strategic leader, supporting the head of function in setting and delivering the strategic direction and goals on collateral management, managing key stakeholder relationships. In addition, the role requires to be a subject matter expert in leading new collateral initiatives for clients in Asia Pacific and work with the credit analysts to appropriate mitigating measures to manage the credit risks.
