Job Responsibilities:

• Match 3 ways GRN invoices and perform invoice entry via supplier portal into ERP.
• Process payments through receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Process staff claims via eclaim portal.
• Identify and flag any irregularities detected during invoice processing.
• Record expenses to accounts and cost centers based on the invoice nature.
• Perform bi-monthly and weekly payment runs to suppliers and employees.
• Perform supplier reconciliation every month and bank reconciliation for payment.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules.
• Attend to supplier’s inquiries.
• AP monthly closing.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years’ Accounts Payable experience
• Strong attention to details, accuracy in data entry
• Good time management skills & ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal & external stakeholders
