• Minimum of 10+ years of overall finance experience with current experience as Finance Director, Business Controller, Financial Controller having overseen region or Segment of minimum $500M to $800M in revenues. Experience built in Flavors, FMCG environment is highly preferred.
• Strong business and strategic acumen, leadership skills, demonstrating courage and conviction to drive change and to positively challenge and convey opinions at Executive meetings.
• Team player, hands-on, good communication and ability to adapt to multiple interlocutors. Effective and professional communication and organization skills. Capacity to produce and communicate a synthetic view. Self-motivated, resilient, capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
