Your responsibilities will include overseeing the collation and consolidation of monthly financials in Group Finance and maintaining the SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) Business Planning and Consolidation Financial Consolidation System. As the user system administrator of the Billing and Allocation system (BAM), you maintain the master data to support our central employment platform. Your expertise will be valuable in assisting with the migration of the BAM system to S/4HANA RISE, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and liaising with various stakeholders such as Synapxe, vendors and institution leads.

You'll have the opportunity to participate in the implementation of the S/4HANA Financial Management and Manufacturing (FIMM) project, including requirements gathering, UAT and liaising with Institution Finance for feedback. We'll also look to you to conduct reviews on accounting policies, initiate and drive continuous process improvements, internal controls and system enhancements.

Additionally, you'll take on the important role of secretariat for our monthly Finance Workgroup Meeting, helping to keep our team informed and aligned.

As Senior Manager of Finance Operations, you will oversee the finance functions of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and General Ledger. Job Requirements:

You will provide technical advisory to the analysts, establishing data analytics support (including development of machine learning models, dashboards) within the SingHealth Group including both clinical and financial analytics initiatives for value-driven care, bundled payments, population health, Cost Systemisation (CoSy) initiative amongst others. You will lead data analytics projects that are commissioned by institutions within the SingHealth Group and provide recommendations based on the insights and analysis done. Requirements:

• Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science / Engineering, Business Analytics or other quantitative disciplines, preferably at least 5 years of technical experience and 2 years in a supervisory role

You will comply with MOH’s requirements for monthly Casemix and Subvention data submission, quarterly submission of Financial Performance Report and any other reports by ensuring proper accounting, accrual and reconciliation of all subvention revenue including tracking and follow up on cash disbursements. You will assist in data analysis and leverage on data from MOH and the cluster data warehouse to extract relevant data for analysis and allocation and to develop data visualisation dashboards for management reporting and performance management as well as develop relevant reports for the purpose of gaining new insights and decision making.
