• Subject Matter Expert for matters related to Contract for Service (CFS) and Non-Residents Professional Payment.

• Assist in updating SOP documentation on periodically basis to equip new members with requisite knowledge in carrying out AP duties.

• Involve and perform UAT for payment related change request or improvements.

• Conduct regular quality checks and analytics on processed transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with university standards.

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent  

• With 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience

• Knowledge of SAP financial system

• Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full sets of accounts and accordance to authorities standards and company’s requirements
• Perform financial budgeting , forcasting and planning
• Evaluate operation cost to financial budgeting
• Review financial reports monthly & annually
• Oversee key stakeholder’s accounts including costs control, governance and risks
• Other financial functions which includes taxation
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and relevant government authorities
• Handle internal & external audits
• Any adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in construction industry would be added advantage

Job Descriptions:

• Handle and maintain AP & GL of the account.
• Responsible for month-end closing process.
• Process payments in an accurate and timely manner, filing and documentation with the payment vouchers.
• Ensure inter-company transactions and balances are reconciled.
• Assist to prepare GST report.
• Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations.
• Liaising with suppliers or bankers when necessary for operation banking matter.
• Support in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in year-end audit preparation, tax computation and submission of all other statutory.
• Maintenance of accounting system.
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignment and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/equivalent in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with full sets of accounts
• Good knowledge of accounting concepts and double entries
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Navision preferred.
• Independent, a strong team player, meticulous, well organized
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, independent, and accountable
• Good communication skills required to liaise with internal and external parties.
