Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements in line with IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP.

What We're Looking For:

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including significant experience in financial or statutory auditing roles.

• CA/CPA certification, with a strong preference for candidates who are fully qualified.

• Expert knowledge of IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP, with hands-on experience in financial statement preparation.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a keen ability to manage and report financial data effectively.

• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding communication skills, able to effectively work with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.

Responsibility:

• Process accounts payable (AP) transactions, including vendor invoices, approvals, and accruals.
• Scan, store, and manage vendor invoices, debit/credit notes, and corporate claims.
• Reconcile petty cash and ensure timely documentation in ACCPAC.
• Support accounts receivable (AR), including posting payment collections and reconciling GIRO.
• Prepare monthly payment reports, send statements of account (SOA), and maintain donation records.

Requirement:

• Diploma (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
• 2-3 years of working experience as a finance executive or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
