The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance or Accounting, with a recognized professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA

• Proven experience in operational accounting, including hands-on involvement in day-to-day financial management

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Claims & Demurrage to join a trading company. The position will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing demurrage-related activities associated with the company's trading operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with ship owners for claims, maintain a pro-active approach and endeavor to maximize the savings by countering intelligently.
