Your Mission: As our Lead Finance Analyst is based in Singapore reporting to the Director, Corporate FP&A, your role will be pivotal your role will be essential in the company’s annual operating plan, financial quarterly forecast and cost roadmap review, actual reporting vs. plan variance analysis and projects. General Description of the Role

The Finance analyst, will have the responsibility for ensuring financial reporting and anaylitics integrity for the Singapore legal entity, including Asia Partnership market, Singapore In Market Company, Regional HQ fixed costs. Key Responsibilities and Activities

Commercial FP&A supporting corporate deliverables (RB/Fcst/SBP/Bud for P&L):

• Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of templates/models for the budgeting and forecasting.
• Analysing and providing business insights into the performance of the Singapore In Market Company and the Asia Partnershop markets.
• Ensure RB/Fcst/SBP/Bud submitted on time and accuracy in group reporting systems.
• Pricing maintenance includes transfer price request between legal entities, liasing with Group Tax finance and finance colleagues in other legal entities.
• Creation of regular reports for key stakeholders for use in the monitoring of Singapore legal entity P&L.
• Provide analytics to track the key drivers of performance by customer and brand activities to ensure key message are translated in reporting/forecasting decks.

• Engaging actively with Marketing Director to support with A&P management through the year

Accounting Finance securing Singapore Legal Entity financial integrity for P&L and Cash Flow:

• Working with GBS Accenture team to manage timely month-end group reporting and submissions.
• Preparation and review of P&L and overheads reports as well as detailed variance analysis.
• Support in providing documentation for all areas of accounting and statutory reporting.
• Preparation and distribution of monthly management pack.
• Support Finance director in providing:Review weekly excise and N30 with supply chain for timely submissions to ATO/ACS.
  Review and submission of monthly BAS (GST, PAYG, WET, FBT instalment).
  Reconciliation and reviewing FBT submission in conjunctions with KPMG.

Reporting to the Deputy Finance Manager, the Senior Finance Analyst will play a key role in the Finance team to deliver the full spectrum of professional finance, tax and compliance activities to Woh Hup (WH) Group of companies. The Client Reporting group is tasked with supporting the firm’s investment practice through the production of monthly and quarterly performance reports. The group offers three performance report products including total portfolio, hedge funds, and private investments – publishing approximately 17,000 reports annually. CA’s investment teams use the reports as a tool to analyze asset allocations and total performance returns of various investment managers and to provide information on the investment strategy applied by each fund. Qualifications:

7-10 years of progressive experience in insurance business analysis, with a demonstrated track record of success in roles of increasing responsibility.
Deep understanding of insurance & health operations, including underwriting, claims processing, policy administration, and customer service, acquired through hands-on experience in the industry.
Proven ability to generate, analyse, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to insurance operations, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Extensive knowledge of insurance reporting requirements and regulations, with experience in developing and implementing comprehensive reporting mechanisms tailored to insurance business needs.
Previous involvement in mergers and acquisitions within the insurance sector, including experience in consolidating operations, systems, and processes to achieve synergy and maximize efficiency.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex insurance business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop practical solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional projects, from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
