The incumbent will primarily manage three entities, overseeing key finance and accounting responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, and Inventory functions.

Prepare and record journal entries for month-end financial close.

Conduct variance and trend analysis at the entity level.

Handle month-end and year-end closings, along with quarterly financial reporting.

Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve operational issues.

Credit Control and Liaising Matters

• Ensure timely settlements from Clients/Reinsurers in accordance to contract terms and procedures
• Reconcile outstanding balances with Clients/Reinsurers, identify problem areas and discuss issues/suggested solutions to resolve matters within the team
• Research on unidentified cash balances and discuss issues/suggested solutions to resolve matters within the team
• Perform cash allocation and ensure settlement is made to relevant parties as per procedures
• Resolve reconciliation discrepancies with internal and external business partners in a timely manner

• Build and manage sustainable and accurate country-level fraud MIS and analytics, fraud loss reporting and regulatory reporting.

• Support in assessing the effectiveness of the governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas.

• Spearhead the development of our Asset-Based Lending (ABL) and Leasing products across the region.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of our ABL and Leasing products, driving their success by leading cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
• Design, implement, and manage product initiatives to achieve strategic business objectives and drive portfolio growth.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective product execution and operational efficiency, covering the entire process from onboarding through facility fulfilment
• Regularly assess and update product guidelines and policies to foster sustainable growth, ensuring a balanced approach to risk and reward considerations.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by implementing best practices in digitization and digitalization, optimizing the balance between risk and reward.
• Create targeted product materials and marketing campaigns to support business acquisition channels.
• Engage with channel partners, associations, and SME businesses to generate business opportunities, while overseeing the Broker Referral Program and ESG Scheme initiatives.
• Conduct market research, analyse data, and lead acquisition management efforts to drive growth and strategy alignment.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, with experience in BI tools or analytical software considered a plus.

• As outsourced team members, responsible for all matters pertaining to SHEIN's offline event execution in Southeast Asia, including, but not limited, to Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand markets.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of these offline events, while adhering to the brand guidelines, SOPs, protocols, and instructions given by the SHEIN marketing team.
• Fully responsible for the P&L for all offline events assigned to Pan Asia’s event team at fixed all-inclusive budgets, take full responsibility of budget spending including ,but not limited to, event headcount costs, venue costs and vendor costs for end-to-end planning and execution.
• Effectively liaise with all internal and external agencies and stakeholders to drive smooth project delivery and produce post-event reviews and analysis.
• Responsible for building and managing professional relationships or partnerships with relevant personnel, production agencies or any other vendors to facilitate smooth delivery.

Job Requirements

• Singapore PR / Citizen
• Bachelor's Degree, or minimally a Diploma in Events Management, Food & Hospitality, Marketing, or related subjects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Proven experience in offline event production or marketing campaigns
• Familiar with local market and consumer habits related to Fashion and FMCG, able to integrate internal and external resources to guarantee the success of SHEIN's offline events
• Able to identify, analyse and solve problems, and tackle challenges in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, able to work in a team and manage relations with external contractors and suppliers
• Motivated self-starter
• Existing relationships with Event, Fabrication, Venue, or PR agencies would be a plus
