The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

The Enablement team aims to be the strategic partner of the Trust & Safety (T&S) team, driving collaboration, optimisation, and synergy for the T&S global functioning, whereas other T&S functions fight at the frontline for content integrity and community safety. We facilitate the application of smooth cross-functional/cross-region/cross-culture corporations, support and training. We drive change initiatives for leadership within the organization so that they fight with maximum efficiency and sustainability.
As our international organization expands rapidly and becomes more complex, the Enablement team identifies strategic priorities, opportunities, pain points, provides insights and revolutionary solutions; so that we build better efficiency and consistency into the organization and promote global synergy under localized decision making.
Responsibilities
- You'll be a Thought Leader and Partner to the senior management team of Trust and Safety department proactively identifying strategic opportunities for the department.
- You'll deliver projects of varying lengths, covering topics like organizational planning, employee engagement, process improvement, and other cross-department priorities.
- You'll provide people management support and leadership to PMO team.
- You'll assist and communicate with the senior leadership team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- You'll serve as the liaison between staff and senior leaders, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of at least ten years' relevant work experience (solving strategic problems and managing complex projects) with at least three years in people management.
- You have significant leadership experience that has led a diverse global team ideally within the tech/internet industry and have a strong ability to manage stakeholders
- You have a proactive and problem-solving mindset. You are curious and are constantly striving to improve the world around you.
- You have a strong ability of planning and leading strategic complex programs with the ability to execute at a tactical level and complete project implementations.
- You are data-driven and have proven capability in data analysis; ability to draw insights from a comprehensive point of view
