Responsibilities

• Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned programs or projects.
• Utilize standard tools and methodologies to deliver and monitor service level agreements.
• Manage the project team to ensure timely delivery of milestones within budget.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Program Project Management.
• Expertise in Business Process Design, M&A Integration Management Office (IMO), and Requirements Analysis is a plus.
• Proactively manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including costing and budgeting.
• Experience in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices.
• Familiarity with KYC systems, such as Detica or NetReveal, is a plus.
• Proven experience in system implementation project management, with the ability to drive discussions and manage stakeholder communications effectively.

• Prepare and tabulate audit findings, and feedback and to follow up on agreed actions from previous audits.
• Travelling around the region is expected.
