Acting as a CFO for a dynamic and exciting region, you will lead the finance function to unlock the potential of Asia, deliver the short-term financial commitments and long-term strategic goals of Materials Group Asia Pacific (MG AP) under “ADQuest” which represents the journey toward these goals, emphasizing the importance of both learnings and achievements. Job Responsibilities:

• Accounting: Profit and Loss Management. Manage budget controls including payment of expenses and taxes, etc. Undertake the preparation of financial statements, corporation tax, VAT and other tax returns
• Reporting to Authorities: Submitting periodical reports to authorities including Notice 610. Submission of Statistics and Returns. Liaison with MAS and Accounting Firms regarding bank accounting policies and guidelines.

Supporting duties:

• The Group Financial Planning & Analytics team is collaborating with Risk, Treasury and Business stakeholders to transform the way we forecast, plan, and allocate financial resources and we are building a team to drive and deliver this change work. Basel 3.1 is a major regulatory change that requires us to become more sophisticated in how we manage our balance sheet to optimise for RoTE.
