• Support of semi-annual physical inventory count
• Prospect plan creation, comparative analysis management
• Tax filing matters including income tax and GST
• Transfer pricing support
• Responding to accounting audits and tax audits
• Cash flow management (actual/planned)
• Ensure proper approval of payments, staff expenses claims and journal entries, etc.
• Support and supervision of team members, and operation of departments
• Design an accounting system of company
• Supervision of the accounting function of the ERP system(D365BC)

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or Finance
• At least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance operations, and preferably with experience in ERP system (D365BC) and manufacturing costing
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Able to roll up sleeves and dive into details with commitment to meet target and objectives
• Familiarity with Japanese corporate standards and practices is a bonus
