Finance Business Partner Scope:

The role of the Finance Business Partner is to collaborate with divisions and project teams in various financial activities, including funding requests, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Key responsibilities include:

- Verifying the accuracy of data transposed from Excel to Tableau and ensuring the accuracy of dashboards.
- Making improvements to Tableau Dashboards, including minor bug fixes and conducting impact analysis for new requirements and features.
- Collaborating with Finance Business Partners on day-to-day operations, including financial analysis that will be used for data analysis in Tableau Dashboards (such as Cost Centre Variance Analysis).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timely management reporting of business entities
• Prepare financial reports and presentations that include detailed analysis on variance and cash flow to support key business decision making
• Partner internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate forecasts and budgets
• Prepare tax computation and relevant tax schedules
• Manage overseas service provider (Corporate secretary, Accounting), if required.
• Support system implementation / improvements
• Support external and internal audits
• Preparation of Financial Statements
• Ad Hoc reports as required by the management team

Job Requirements:

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with Big 4 audit experience preferred
• Knowledge in SAP S4 Hana and BPC is added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good understanding of the FRS and relevant Accounting Standards
• Ability to communicate, present and influence internal and external stakeholders

Finance Business Partner Scope :-
• Month/year-end close activities such as accruals are being performed timely.
• Detail monitoring and analysis of operating revenue, expenses and capital expenditure utilisation against budget and funding source
• Prepare financial performance, full year forecasts and provide commentaries on the variances.
• Partner project team on monthly forecasts and budget submission including review the submission.
• Ensure compliance of company policies, accounting standards, IMs and Government polices
• Ongoing engagement with business unit to stay updated on business developments.

Project Management and Dashboarding scope :-
Conceptualise and build Tableau dashboarding and troubleshooting dashboard errors where necessary.
• Assist in implementation of Tableau Dashboard including data collation and wrangling of data on excel prior to upload of data to Tableau server.
• Verifying data that is transpose from current excel to Tableau and ensuring accuracy of dashboards.
• Improvement to Tableau Dashboard including minor bug fixes as well as impact analysis of new requirements and features.
• Working with Finance Business Partners on day to day operations including financial analysis which will be use in data analysis in Tableau Dashboard (Cost Centre Variance Analysis)
• Project Management and undertake ad hoc projects and analysis work or any other duties assigned when required.
• Working with and coordinating with various stakeholders on implementation of projects
• Prepare PPT and provide project update management on a weekly basis.
• Able to clearly articulate, summarise issues and roadblocks to management including propose solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
• Min Degree in any relevant discipline
• Proficient in Tableau dashboarding
