You will work closely with the Director Trade Singapore/ASEAN and the Head of Investment Promotion of Germany Trade & Invest's Investment Promotion division at the Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SGC) to support trade and investment activities. Responsibilities:

· Administrative support: Office management and administrative assistance to the Director Trade and Head of Investment Promotion, ensuring efficient workflow and seamless operations.

· Appointment coordination: Assist in setting up and organising appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and efficient communication.

· Target lists and research: Conduct research on economic development, industry trends, and potential target companies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Graduate in economics or related fields, with an understanding of economic contexts.
