1. Handle full sets of accounts (AP/ AR/ GL)

• Handling the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledge functions in multicurrencies.
• Prepare monthly P/L and B/S report

2.Monthly/year-end Financial closing and quarterly report to head office in Japan

• assist in annual financial audit and responding to Auditors

3. Reconciliation of account receivables and account payables against external parties’ statements

4. Manage cash flow

5. Support credit control

6.Filling of taxes (corporation tax, withholding tax, GST, etc) and respond to tax authority, if any

• Prepare and filling of GST
• Prepare and Filling of withholding tax
• attend to corporate tax queries from tax agent

7.Maintain fixed assets register

8.Letter of Credit (L/C)

• Check and verify L/C as exporter
• Present to the bank and respond if there is any discrepancies
• Provide support to sales and marketing department

9. Inter company billing

10. Perform verification and staff claim reimbursement (travel, petty cash and etc)

11. Work with Accounting team to ensure smooth operation of accounts and finance department

12. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
