Customer Engagement & Lead Generation:

• Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.

• Identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.

• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns to maximize conversion.

Sales Management:

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion.

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.|

Cold Calling:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.

• Overcome objections and effectively communicate the value proposition.

• Schedule appointments or demonstrations as needed to close sales.

• Track and report on the effectiveness of cold calling efforts.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop strategies for account management and growth.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and performance.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for sales improvement.

• Provide printer equipment demonstration, installation and technical support to customers and sales team
• Provide phone and on-site support, maintenance and servicing, trouble-shoot and repair of printer equipment and its supplied software
• Conduct regularly onsite equipment maintenance and servicing for members
• Develop training materials and conduct printer and software training to both external and internal customers
• Provide printing service support to customers and sales team
• Provide administrative support to ensure proper filing of service records

• Provide safety and timely chauffeur service to director, his family and any other parties as requested
• Run errands (include packing meals) for and on behalf of director
• Wash and maintain cleanliness of vehicle (both interior and exterior) at all times
• Carry out routine car inspection and maintenance
• Carry out other assignments that may be given by the employer (eg. Goods delivery)
• Maintain professional image
• Load and unload goods for delivery.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and submission of DO/Invoice to accounts daily.

• Setup and operate off-set digital printing machine to produce quality printed output
• Perform quality check on print result for ink density and accuracy of design according to customers’ requirement
• Update and maintain all material usage records and job sheet
• Perform regular preventative maintenance as schedule
• Graphic Design skill (eg. Adobe Illustrator) an added avantage

• Load and unload goods for delivery.
