We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team. This role involves managing the company’s financial records, processing transactions, and handling administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, proficiency in administrative functions, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions.
• Ensure timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into MYOB accounting system.
• Prepare and maintain petty cash listing to ensure all the cash payment transaction are in order.
• Posting of month-end closing journal entries.
• Handling client's enquiry via phone, generate sales appointments.
• Provide general office administration such as filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving and office supplies.
• Data entry for the invoices into the company system.
• Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.

Requirements:

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., MYOB) for managing financial transactions and generating reports.
• Competent to process invoices, manage payments, and track receivables efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to organize and manage company records and documents systematically and securely.
• Skill in handling client inquiries, providing information, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and ability to ensure adherence to financial regulations.

Challenges:

• To provide courteous and efficient service and whenever possible, to comply with each and every guest’s requests.
• To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints / issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.
• To be responsible for the assignment and blocking of rooms for arrival guests, particularly VIPs guests and Groups.
• To be responsible for the preparation of all the necessary materials, Registration Card, Welcome Folder, Fruit Basket, Cake, Key and etc. prior to VIPs guest arrival.
• To work closely with Duty Manager, Reservation and Sales personnel on all VIPs reservation.
• To deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
• To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
• To ensure that all reservations and cancellation are processed efficiently.
• To keep up to date with room prices and special offers in order to provide accurate information to guests.
• To report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems to the relevant Manager.
• To adhere to all fire safety procedures and to assist in the evacuation process in the event of fire.
• To conduct On the Job Training and provide guidance to junior staff.
• To frequently checks on all hold mails, faxes, messages and hold-for-collection items to ensure that the guests receive them on time.

What it Takes:

• experience in front desk service.
• Knowledge of OPERA system would be an advantage.
