RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct routine check on hygiene audit to improve and maintain good personal and food hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards of our production kitchen and F&B Partners.
• Pest control and cleanliness inspection and co-ordinate pest control and cleaning contractor service schedule.
• Work closely with Chief Culinary Officer for pest control, suppliers, food safety committee, F&B partners and recommend corrective measures to all food and hygiene related matters.
• Assist to enforce food safety and housekeeping procedures in compliance with SFA regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the status of SFA Food Handlers' Food Hygiene Certificates.
• Assist in implementation of 5S System with all Partners related to Food Safety and Hygiene related issues.
• To ensure the proper documentation to fulfill HACCP and Halal requirement of all Food and Hygiene matters.
• Any other duties and projects as assigned by reporting officer.

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of working experience in Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Check (QC) experience in F&B industry is required.
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Pest Control Inspection / HACCP/ 5S Knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical with a keen sense of observation.
• Able to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, self-motivated and systematic.
• Bi-lingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and respective associates.

The Job: Executive (Logistics & Supply Chain Management)

· Responsible for supply chain management from order forecast to goods receiving and order fulfilment.

· Responsible for stock inventory management including but not limited to keeping up to date record of all stock keeping units, tracking stocks movement and reporting.

· Assist with warehouse management to ensure all stocks are properly organized, compliance of all warehouse safety rules, checking that warehouse facilities and equipment are in working condition.

· Supervise and assist with stock take, audit and stock reconciliation.

· Responsible for order fulfillment and ensure all goods are correctly picked and packed for timely delivery.

· Plan and manage all logistics matters including daily delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery and effective logistics cost management.

· Coordinate with freight forwarder for outbound and inbound shipments.

· Manage product labels, packing and delivery materials.

· Coordinate with vendors for loading or unstuffing of containers, product labelling and packing.

· Manage team to ensure timely completion of product labelling.

The Person:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of working experience.
• Proficient in MS office application, especially Excel will be important.
• Working knowledge of Inventory software will be added advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Perform warehouse duty of inbound, outbound activities, ensure proper cargo checking upon receipt and issuing.
