• Advice and assist the project team on workplace Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) matters
• Collaborate with Contractor’s HSE team to establish a strong safety culture at project site to collectively achieve the project’s HSE objectives
• Evaluate and review Contractor’s HSE program and procedures to ensure compliance on site compliance
• Ensure all relevant WSH Acts and Regulations, company safety rules and regulations and codes of practice are implemented and complied by all employees and contractors
• Maintain and monitor achievement of project’s HSE objectives
• Lead the site HSE team in the implementation and monitoring of HSE plans/measures
• Organize safety activities to raise safety awareness on site for both employees and contractors
• Analyze and address areas of non-conformance to HSE standards and practices at project site
• Coordinate with Contractor’ HSE team to ensure compliance to the Manage HSE incidents reporting and investigation in accordance with the Ministry of Manpower requirements and company’s procedures
