The Hospitality Operations Executive is a versatile and adaptable individual who plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across various operation departments within our organization. You will be trained to work in Rooms Division and F&B Division.

Responsibilities:

• Actively rotate and support different operational departments as needed.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training programs.
• Provide excellent customer service in all assigned areas.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.

Responsibilities:

Attend to guest room and public area maintenance as reported by Front Office and Housekeeping.

Carrying out preventive maintenance of all electrical installations and equipment.

Other tasks and responsibilities includes upkeeping and maintenance of fixtures & fittings, carpentry, painting and plumbing works.

Requirements:

Possess minimum National Technical Certificate

Able to perform 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
