Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will:

· Maintain a friendly, neat, pleasant and professional image to guests

· Welcome and greets guests (by name if known) always in a warm and professional manner according to hotel standard.

Job Summary

This position serves as Hotel Desk Clerk working independently at the Front Desk in Navy Gateway Inns & Suites which covers a 24 hours, 365 days operation. Incumbent performs various clerical work involved in receiving, registering and assisting guests, assigning rooms, receiving reservations, collecting charges, maintaining related records, etc. using Property Management System (EPITOME) and One-Net PC.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing reception services at the Sports and Swim counter
• Attend to inquiries regarding Sports & Swimming facilities and programs (Answering incoming telephone calls, email, checking of member booking and billing)
