In this role, you will be part of the Development Secretariat team, supporting the Hospital Planning Committee to ensure that the execution, budget and quality of the developments align with the project requirements. This includes making recommendations and implementing facilities development systems to meet the vision and mission of the Campus. Additionally, you will support the Head of Department in establishing the Facilities Development department, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and house rules.

Job requirements

• Recognised degree in Architectural, Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 12 years of related work experience with supervisory experience
• Knowledge and skills in design thinking, change management, project management, process and technology adoption methodologies
• Familiarity with hospital operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders
• Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and manage challenges
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Photoshop and presentation software

• Attend daily coordination meeting
• Work closely with Planner on planning future activities
• Manages the daily activities in an efficient and productive manner
• Monitors the daily work logs of all assigned subordinates.
• Schedule worker overtime during peak periods or whenever necessary
• Strictly enforce company and government-dictated work and safety rules
• Requisition necessary materials and stock replacement parts to ensure continuity of smooth operations
• Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in sound working order
• Oversee on-the-job training of probationary workers Ensures adherence to safety policies, procedures and practices

Responsibilities:

• You will be in charge of the preparation of food for patients as well as for internally organised events.
• Assist in plating of meals during food services
• Preparation of cutlery sets & food trolley for meal services

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in cooking Chinese / Muslim / Indian / Western Cuisine
• Hygiene course certification
• Required to work 6 Day Work Week including weekend & Public Holidays
