WSH Coordinator

Role

The Telemarketer is responsible for engaging prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, utilizing provided databases to identify and assess customer needs. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and sending reminders via calls or SMS. Building sustainable relationships based on trust and effective communication is essential. The Telemarketer will strive to meet personal sales targets and call handling quotas while efficiently managing inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Daily reporting and collaboration with Branch Managers regarding appointment turn-ups are also key responsibilities.

Job Description

• Make calls to prospective / new customers from sources provided
• Calling from available database of existing clients or new clients with interest
• Attend to customer enquiries
• Identify and assess customer’s needs
• Schedule appointments for customers
• Reminder to new customers for appointment through calls/SMSs

Job Requirements

BUSINESS ROLE

This key role in our business reports to the Business Leader where your goal will be to provide prompt and accurate service to our Business Consultants Vendors, and Clients. You will strive to consistently meet or beat the established Sales Order Processing targets and our Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Duties will require:

• High volume order processing from stores, online and regional distributors

• Generate expiring stock list on regular basis and flag the risk to management.

• Dispose unwanted stock in a compliant method.
