Overview

Main Responsibilities

Finance

• Full sets of accounting (AP/ AR/ GL)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support to Supervisor/Senior Executive in Gym Tonic and Frailty Management Programme (FMP).

Gym Tonic:

• Implement Gym Tonic therapy programmes.
• Conduct group fitness/wellness programmes for Active Ageing Centres (AACs) if required.
• Monitor and record clients' vital signs for therapy

• Arrange transportation and deliveries of goods from suppliers to meet customers’ demand without any delay

Documentation and Administration

• Coordinate documentations with suppliers for shipment of goods to customers

• Handle full scope of purchasing documentation process (generate and complete the approval of Sales Orders and POs; manage, monitor and update delivery status and schedules; highlighting any discrepancies/delay to the superior and provide recommendations as necessary).

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in supply chain management and logistics.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant logistic and shipping experience. Candidate who comes from trading industry is highly preferred
