Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Administration & Business Support Executive, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and playing a key role in creating a safe and pleasant workplace environment for the company. This includes the management of all vendors including building management, all third-party service providers (cleaning staffs) and vendors. Job Summary

The Executive Assistant & Finance Support reports to the Chief Financial Executive (CFE) for the Asia Pacific (AP), Europe & Middle East (EME) region, and is responsible for providing quality and efficient administrative assistance. This position also supports the whole AP and EME Finance & Accounting Organization.

Core Work Activities

Personal Assistant Duties:

· Provide comprehensive secretarial support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments and engagements across different time zones (Asia, US and EME). Proactive in avoiding conflicts and findings suitable solutions.
