Responsibilities include:

Retail:

• Executing and overseeing day to day operations i.e., Opening/Closing, inventory management, replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries
• Assisting in setup and roll out of new stores locally and overseas
• Achieving or exceeding sales and customer growth targets
• Ensuring excellent in store customer service and experience
• Executing in store-activities, events or campaigns
• Reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly product and sales performance
• Contributing regularly at internal meetings with team members to optimise store operations, improve workflow and productivity
• Reporting to Retail & Community manager

Customer service:

• Handling daily customer queries with prompt and appropriate solutions and escalating concerns to relevant departments
• Contributing regularly to innovation and improvement of workflow between online and offline sales channels
• Inspecting returned items and processing store credit refunds
• Ensuring excellent customer experience online and offline

• Minimum I year working experience in retail (Fashion or F&B a bonus) or a customer-facing role

• Able to converse fluently in English
• Must be able to commit 44 hours a week, including one day each weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and motivated Intern to join our People Advisory & Operations team! This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR matters in a regional setup while contributing to key projects and initiatives. What you will do:

• Support day-to-day HR operations, such as updating employee records, managing HR databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including first day induction and offboarding formalities

DATA ANALYTICS & CONSOLIDATION

• Coordinate, organize and consolidate data for weekly/monthly sell-out and shipment reporting and to provide data clarity to the team
• Forecasting for all accounts through sell-out analysis and retail team’s feedback, generating insights to facilitates decision making
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports utilizing key metrics for management and department decision-making, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data consistency
• Create fun & engaging ways to communicate KPIs and key metrics to Office and Field team to further motivate their performance
• Design and oversee the automation of data pipelines to streamline the ETL process, ensuring seamless integration from raw data collection to dashboard/report deployment

OPERATION & PROCESS OPTIMIZATION

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital automation initiatives to enhance workflow, operational efficiency, and overall team productivity
• Daily cost tracking and coordination through regular communication within the team, ensuring cost-to-date is in line with Finance’s data

Job Overview: This is a crucial role within the Singapore Business Unit, providing dynamic support across multiple functions, including Partnership, Financial Products, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Collections. The focus of this role may shift in alignment with business directions and needs, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Support: Manage borrower-facing activities, including acquisition, onboarding, collection related processes (e.g. product calculation, preparation of Statement of Account,Giro/DDA application processing, etc) and telesales team management, etc.
• Backend Operations: Oversee backend activities related to borrowers and partners, such as KYC checks, CRM updates, referral fee payouts, collection monitoring, partner contract generation, loan drawdown processes, etc.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports for various stakeholders, including the Business Unit weekly tracker, Financial Product Portfolio trackers and Partnership tracker, etc
• Process Improvement: Enhance and maintain existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team lead to perform checks on regulatory reports and group reports e.g MAS returns
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reports submitted to MAS as well as internal reports to Head Office.
• Investigate, remediate and review for potential data quality issues impacting regulatory reporting and participate in projects for report automation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for receiving and responding to all types of communication: phone, email and web inquiries from channel partners, customers (physician offices, laboratories, and hospitals) and patients.

2. Handle a variety of inquiries, including questions about our technology, products and services, status of test results etc.

3. Create content and SOPs for product launch with new clients and train external partners on the operations set-up.

4. Direct enquiries internally to the appropriate departments (e.g. medical, finance, commercial, marketing, etc.)

[What you will be working on]

You will work closely with colleagues in EDB (e.g. Industry Groups, Industry Manpower  Division) and officers from other government agencies. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Understanding the energy supply chain and potential disruptions. 

• Developing the energy supply and distribution operational plans and pandemic preparedness plans. 

• Liaising with other government agencies and key industry partners to improve the energy supply chain resilience.

We are looking for an extraordinary Safety & Security Operations Lead to lead safety and security operations across our JAPAC region. We need someone with a passion for protecting corporate assets, including people, property, and information worldwide.
