As an Industry 4.0 (I4.0) Analyst at Micron Technology, Inc., you will report to the Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence organization. The team defines, drives and delivers end to end smart manufacturing solution, integrated across functions of the business. The team will apply industry-leading best methodologies in automation, AI and machine learning to enhance Micron’s product development, business and administrative processes across the company.

Responsibilities and Tasks

You will work with a team of Data Scientist and Data Engineers, making an important contribution to the design, analysis, and implementation of data science solutions and business improvement ideas. You will also work closely with key stakeholders to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Data Engineers & Data Scientists to deliver I4.0 projects that require the coordination and support of resources from global teams
• Work closely with stakeholders including Engineering team, Procurement team, Central Cost Team, Site Cost teams and Program Management team to identify and implement end-to-end AI-based solution for identification of cost opportunities and value capture
• Quantify, track, and monitor financial/operational impact of I4.0 solutions to the business
• Identify new I4.0 use-cases and best practices across strategic and operational procurement processes
• Develop business case, including impact validation approach, ROI of potential solutions and prioritize & propose projects for implementation
• Ability to think critically and break down complex data/processes to identify key levers and applicable solutions

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of work experience in Cost projects and Cost initiatives within Operations functions
• Familiar with processes, systems and solutions preferably in the semiconductor industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Respond to and follow up on all marketing queries from all social media platforms from homeowners and interior designers.

2. Pass out leads from social media platforms to iQuartz salespeople when required

3. Respond to and follow up on all enquiries on Whatsapp from advertisements in social media platforms.

4. Liaise and work with third-party marketing agency to do monthly social media planning for Instagram and Facebook and follow through on execution.

5. Produce simple marketing collaterals (including inserting the correct price lists) for the sales team to distribute to customers and prospects and for promotions/events.

6. Produce and design price lists for all iQuartz salespeople based on directives from the Management. This includes personalising a pricelist for each of the salespersons with the respective person’s name card and keeping the pricelists up to date and accurate. Also required to keep the pricelists up to date with the correct products whenever there are changes to the portfolio of products.

7. Liaise closely with e-commerce team to ensure that promotions on the e-commerce channel are shared on social media platforms.

8. Follow up closely on leads and convert them to actual sales.

9. Build and maintain business relationships with clients and prospective clients.

10. Prepare and conduct product presentation to customers.

11. Prepare and upkeep the necessary sales documentation and paperwork. project sales proposals and presentation

12. Deal with and resolve client issues as far as possible.

13. Work with the Operations Team to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services to customers.

14. Assist with the collection of payments from customers where necessary.

15. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Analyse and manage customer database and propose how best to use the findings and allocate the customers to the sales team to optimize sales for the Company

2. Analyse and do a deep dive into sales data to distill insights for marketing and sales planning. The analysis should cover issues such as (a) which products do better, when and under what circumstances, and (b) factors that impact sales (eg. new product release, pricings, marketing campaigns, channels used, seasonality in market demand, etc,

3. Analyse the sales performance of the sales team, collectively and individually, and produce better understanding of the relevant factors that impact sales. Such findings can be used to refine the sales commission scheme and design follow-up actions to help them achieve better sales.

4. Analyse outcome and impact of marketing initiatives and programs covering various aspects such as channels, messaging, search engine optimization, timings, etc. The findings are meant to improve/sharpen future marketing initiatives/activities.

5. Scan the marketing activities of competitors and report developments and programs that may affect iQuart’s sales and market position.

As a Smart Manufacturing I4.0 Analyst at Micron Technology, Inc., you will enable new frontier technology for Smart manufacturing to define, drive and deliver end to end smart manufacturing solution, integrated across functions of the business. The team will look into applying industry-leading methodologies in automation, AI and machine learning to enhance Micron’s product development, business and administrative processes across the company.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Partner with Test, Product & Quality group to drive AI transformation in Micron, enabling new insights and innovative solutions for Technology acceleration. Conceptualize, Prototype and productize innovative solutions using artificial intelligence, big data to improve/revolutionize Micron manufacturing performance in product yield, quality, test coverage and system level performance.

Participate/Lead End-to-End project teams comprising of Data Scientists, Industry 4.0 analysts, Solution Architects & Data Engineers.

Provide domain insights into available data, identify gaps in existing data set, collaborate with data scientists to apply various AI techniques in providing technical solutions.

Be the expert in Micron data sources, translate project requirements to specific available data sources, specify new requirements to Data Architects and Data Engr in Technical solutions team.

Work with solution end users to analyze related information to design & define requirements.

Provide expert functional and process guidance on system interface and capabilities.

Develop business case, including impact validation approach, ROI of potential solutions, propose & prioritize projects for implementation.

Requirement

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field

Passion in AI and Smart Manufacturing solutions. Experience in delivering system solutions to assembly & test and product knowledge of DRAM & NAND would be advantageous.

• Build integrated FE/BE smart-manufacturing capabilities (eg. efficiently link yield loss between C2-C4 to FE, PWF and assembly processing)
• Coordinate SMAI tactical support on current top HBM3 yield issues across front-end, PWF, assembly and test
